Grapefruits.....??

I headed to Shinjuku this afternoon to putter around, go to Uniqlo and then eventually meet up with Lacie and Jenni for dinner. While I was wandering around a random man with a microphone came over and asked me if I spoke Japanese... and the following conversation took place.

Man: Do you speak Japanese?
Me: A little.
Man: I am doing a radio show from Saitama about fruit. Can I ask you some questions?
Me: Ok....
Man: Where are you from?
Me: America.
Man: What fruit do you eat in America?
Me: Umm lots of different fruit... blue berries, strawberries... umm... bananas... umm
Man: Do you eat grapefruits?
Me: Yes.
Man: How do you eat grapefruits?
Me: Sometimes we put sugar on it.
Man: Do you drink grapefruit juice?
Me: Yes.
Man: Ok. Thank you.

I went off on my merry way to meet Lacie and Jenni for conveyor belt sushi. We ate then and then headed to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has an observatory on the 45th floor. We took in the lovely views and ate some delicious cake.
