For those who are wondering, I am finished with Civil Procedure. It was a long hard 4 hour test. In the end, I wrote ten pages (double spaced, 10 point font) and I still feel like I could have written more (all of the sample exam answers were upwards of 15 to 20 pages). I feel a little bit beaten by the test but at least it is over.
Property on Monday and Torts on Wednesday.... and then I will be able to say that I survived my first semester of law school :)
