Finals

My very first law school final is tomorrow. I am nervous and scared and maybe even a little excited. It seemed like a momentous occasion fit for a blog post. I'll apologize in advance for the boring pictures but they were all taken from the vantage point of my bed... and really life hasn't been all that exciting recently, what with studying and all.

The Bible, aka The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Ask me anything. Rule 35? Mental and physical examinations! Personal jurisdiction? Power and Consent! Rule 11? SANCTIONS!! Oh yeah... don't try to stop me or I will 12(b)(6) you! [dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted].... errr these jokes are more funny with people who are in law school. It's actually probably not funny at all to most of my readers... sorry!
